Training & Background
Dr Enson Thomas is a consultant Respiratory Physician at Bedford Hospital NHS Trust with private practices at Bridges Clinic Bedford Hospital and BMI Manor Hospital in Bedford and BMI Three Shires Hospital in Northampton. After graduating in 1989, he completed speciality training in the Leeds Deanery and was appointed Consultant Physician in 2002.
He has experience in treating a wide variety of respiratory problems especially cough and has a keen interest in interventional pulmonology and sleep disorders. He is currently Clinical Lead for Respiratory Service at Bedford Hospital. He is passionate about teaching and is an Educational Supervisor and Undergraduate Speciality Tutor in Medicine for Cambridge Medical Students.
