Providing a high quality,safe service to our patients is our primary aim and we are committed to ensuring everyone receives an excellent patient experience.
Our Private Patients are invited to take part in the ‘Friends and Family Test’ which is a measure of patient experience of services and asks patients one simple question: ‘How likely are you to recommend us to friends and family if they needed similar care or treatment?’.

We welcome feedback from our patients and use all comments to celebrate success with our hard working teams who care for our patients and provide the support for departments within the hospital or, if the feedback shows areas where we didn’t quite meet expectations, we use feedback to learn how we can improve and make changes.
